Weight training is the bomb if you want weight loss and fat removal after 50, really 30 would have been a better time to start. The next best time is now! For a variety of reasons heavy weights are proven superior for getting results faster, but when schedules, or conditions, or just lack of space to put more equipment gets in the way there is an answer.
